• Account details: name, email, and login credentials (passwords are handled by our authentication provider and not visible to us).
• Business contact information: store name, address, phone, and manager name.
• Pickup requests: dates, time windows, load estimates, and instructions.
• Pickup records: collected weights, agreed rates, calculated amounts, and payment status.
• Account activity: status changes, request history, and the dates you accepted our Terms and Privacy Policy.

To operate the Service, coordinate and schedule pickups, maintain accurate records, communicate with your business, and protect accounts. We do not sell your information.

Each store manager can access only their own store's information, including its agreed rate, pickup requests, weights, and payment history. Pricing, weights, and records are never shown to other stores. Authorized Crown Textile Recovery administrators can access all records to run the Service. These limits are enforced by access rules in our database, not only by hiding pages.

We use third-party providers for website hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, and calendar scheduling. They process information on our behalf to provide these services.

We keep account and pickup records for as long as your account is active and as needed for business, tax, and legal recordkeeping — two years.

You can update your contact details in the portal or ask us to correct or delete your information. Some records may need to be kept where required by law.

We use encrypted connections, password-protected accounts, and role-based access rules that separate each store's data. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any security certification.

Where California privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA apply, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Contact us to make a request.
